In Story Quest #17, Frieza will transform multiple times throughout the fight. His skills don't change after each transformation.
Second Form

Dai Ni Keitai
After almost dying, Frieza morphs into a bigger and more muscular appearance, with larger horns. He regenerates all health afterwards.
Third Form

Dai San Keitai
Once Second Form Frieza is almost dead, he'll transform again: his head becomes elongated with more big horns, along with a similar size and figure as his Second Form. Like the Second Form, he regenerates all health afterwards.
Final Form
Once Third Form Frieza is almost dead, he transforms once again. This time, into a rather smaller and skinnier appearance with a less prominent Bio Suit. Once again, he regenerates all health afterwards.
Defeat 6 Low-Class Saiyans, 5 Mid-Class Saiyans, 4 Elite-Class Saiyans, 3 Royal Saiyans, and each one of Fasha, Tora, Borgos, Shugesh, King Vegeta, and Bardock.
